● Purchases, receives, or uses Pepvida products
● Communicates with Pepvida regarding products or services
1.2 Products Definition
“Products” include, but are not limited to:
● Research peptides and research compounds
● Bacteriostatic water and laboratory supplies
● Documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets
● Any related materials provided by Pepvida
1.3 Binding Nature
By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or purchase products.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY DESIGNATION
2.1 Classification
All Pepvida products are supplied exclusively for Research Use Only and are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any regulatory authority for human or animal use.
2.2 Prohibited Uses
Products must not be used for:
● Human or animal consumption or administration
● Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes
● Compounding or pharmacy use
● Cosmetic, wellness, or consumer applications
● Performance enhancement or personal experimentation
2.3 Labeling
All products are labeled: “For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Consumption.”
2.4 Customer Obligations
By purchasing, you certify that:
● Products will be used solely for lawful research purposes
● Handling will be performed by qualified individuals
● All applicable laws and regulations will be followed
● Products will not be resold or redistributed without consent
3. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Age Requirement
Customers must be at least 21 years of age.
3.2 Qualified Personnel
You confirm that individuals handling products are trained in laboratory safety and proper handling procedures.
3.3 Compliance Verification
Pepvida reserves the right to refuse service or request verification of eligibility at its discretion.
4. ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Order Acceptance
Orders are not binding until accepted by Pepvida. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change based on availability and compliance requirements.
4.3 Final Sale
All sales are final once processed.
4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pepvida support may result in account suspension and further action.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Regions
Pepvida ships to Canada and the United States.
5.2 Processing Times
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
5.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
5.4 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of research materials:
● All sales are final
● No returns or exchanges
● Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Pepvida reserves sole discretion in resolving such issues.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and documentation are the property of Pepvida and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Pepvida makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes or suitability for any specific application.
Pepvida’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pepvida from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
10. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:
● Research material regulations
● Workplace safety standards
● Environmental and waste disposal laws
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Pepvida collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to any formal proceedings.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Modifications
Pepvida may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13.3 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pepvida.
