Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales made through Pepvida are final. Pepvida does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pepvida support is a violation of this policy.
